1. What do I need to bring with me to rent a storage unit?

To rent a storage unit, we will require a few items. Presently these items are required to rent a storage room

• A valid drivers license, with a valid legal address
• Email address
• Social Security Number
• (if parking a vehicle) current registration
• (if there is a lien on items) lean information

1. What can I store in my unit?

You can store pretty much anything, with a few exceptions. Please refrain from storing the following types of items:

• Hazardous Material
• Tires
• Paint
• Gasoline
• Explosives
• Anything that has a smell
• Food
• Bug infested furniture
• Living things
• You
• Ect. (basically if it glows, stinks, sweats, stains, or draws flies it’s prohibited)

1. When can I access my unit?

The facility is open to customers from 6am until 10pm, 365 days a year.

1. What exactly is climate control?

The climate in our facility is kept between 65 and 85 degrees all year around. No matter what is going on outside, your stuff is nice and cozy.

1. Do you guys have loading docks?

Yes! All of our docks are “dock high” and can accept even the longest of trucks.
